Appointment Policy: Please arrive with clean, dry hair and book appointments through our booking app. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% service fee; same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100%. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. For everyone’s comfort and safety, please reschedule if you are sick and do not bring additional guests or children unless they are receiving a service.
